How can I request a consultation or place an order?
Consultations can be requested through our website’s 1:1 consultation service or via the online inquiry form. Personal information is used solely for consultation purposes. Administrative tasks are undertaken only after a formal service agreement is signed. Please note that, in accordance with the Attorney-at-Law Act, legal affairs are excluded and services are provided strictly within the authorized scope of an administrative attorney.
What payment methods are available?
“We support various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Credit/Debit Card Payment: Secure transactions are available through our payment system.
Bank Transfer: Woori Bank 1005-004-785132 (Account Holder: GlobalOne Consulting Administrative Office)
For bank transfers, please ensure that the depositor’s name matches the applicant’s name, and notify our Client Service Center after the transfer for confirmation.
All payments are issued with an official receipt in accordance with the Administrative Services Act. Cancellations and refunds follow the standards set by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.”
How long does delivery take?
“The delivery time of administrative service documents may vary depending on the recipient’s location and the method of delivery.”
Electronic Delivery: When sent by email or through an electronic civil service portal, the documents are deemed delivered immediately upon transmission (Article 12 of the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions; Article 14 of the Administrative Procedures Act).
Registered Mail: For domestic deliveries, documents generally arrive within 2 business days. A tracking number is provided upon dispatch. Please note that deliveries to remote or island areas may be delayed due to the Postal Service Act and courier conditions.
Courier/Express Delivery: When parcels or supplementary materials are included, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. A tracking number is provided upon dispatch. Deliveries to remote or island areas may take longer depending on postal regulations and courier availability.
Overseas Delivery: Additional time may be required due to local postal and customs procedures. Any delays or extra costs incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you offer international delivery?
“We provide international delivery of administrative service documents and related items to certain countries. Please confirm during payment or application whether your country is eligible for service.”
Administrative documents may be sent by international mail, express courier, or electronically (email or e-civil service portal). In accordance with the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions and the Administrative Procedures Act, delivery is deemed effective at the time of transmission or submission.
For overseas deliveries, additional fees, taxes, or certification costs may be imposed under local customs procedures. Please note that such costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your refund or return policy?
“For product purchases, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt, in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. However, returns may be restricted in cases such as damage or significant loss of value due to customer negligence or use, as specified by law.”
“Please note that for administrative services (e.g., licensing representation, document preparation and filing), withdrawal of application (refund or exchange) is restricted once service provision has begun, in accordance with Article 17(2) of the Act. The possibility of cancellation will be separately notified depending on the timing of the contract and the stage of service progress.”
“For all refund, return, or service cancellation requests, please contact our Client Service Center directly.”
How can I track my order?
“When our products or administrative service documents are dispatched, we notify clients by email or other means. For physical items, a courier tracking number is provided, allowing you to check delivery progress on the courier’s website.”

Under the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions and the Administrative Procedures Act, delivery is deemed complete at the time of transmission or submission.
